E-World Recyclers Donates To Vista Boys And Girls Club To Help Kids And The Environment

VISTA, Calif./EWORLDWIRE/Sep. 26, 2008 --- E-World Recyclers has recently donated a number of complete computer systems to the Boys and Girls Club of Vista, Calif.

Executive Director Matt Koumaras said, "Our goal is to inspire kids to reach their full potential."

The workstations will be used in the club's Teen Room and will help young people who may need to the resources to write reports for school or get access to information over the Internet. In addition to aiding boys and girls academically, the teen room will also provide a safe, fun space in which kids can read, listen to music, or play games.

These particular computers, however, represent more than just a benefit to the community. The units have been refurbished as part of E-World Recyclers's ongoing efforts to restore and reuse equipment whenever possible.

Extending the life of this type of hardware reduces the environmental impact of technology and provides an inexpensive green alternative to costly upgrades.

The Boys and Girls club already has a computer room which is one of the most popular parts of their program.
