Teledynamic provides an improved Web site to provide superior suport to its customers

The new site provides double the amount of content available via its previous site with an emphasis on adding additional resources to provide more education tools to buyers and additional support capabilities for existing customers.

Highlights of the new site include the following:

PRODUCT SECTION: This area was completely re-designed to better reflect the increased breadth of Teledynamic's product line. New additions to this area include the 3Com VCX Connect SIP PBX, the 3Com Asterisk Solution (a packaged open-source product) and the Fonality PBXtra. Today, buyers have a range of choices - from traditional PBX, hybrid systems, standard IP PBXes and the emerging standard of SIP PBX's. The new content allows buyers to make more informed decisions as to the technology that's most suitable to them. This section also includes substantially more third party and application solutions.

SUPPORT: Teledynamic has provided double the support materials, including much expanded FAQ's, Teledynamic's TeleCare support plan offerings and on-line trouble ticket entry. Also included are troubleshooting guides and tips on how to lessen the chance of toll fraud and PBX security breaches.

LEARNING CENTER: The new site has added a new section to provide businesses access to technical information, tutorials, white papers and other valuable learning tools. New technologies such as open source, SIP, wideband audio and HD voice are addressed in this section as well.
