E-World Recyclers CEO Speaks Out On Sustainable Electronics Recycling At IESRT Conference

For Immediate Release

VISTA, Calif./EWORLDWIRE/Nov. 20, 2007 --- E-World Recyclers CEO Bob Erie addressed a crowd of nearly 200 international e-scrap industry professionals today in Beijing, China. Erie spoke out at the International E-Scrap Recycling Technologies Conference (IESRT) on the challenges that face all recyclers today and promoted the value of creating cleaner streams of marketable commodities. "The number one challenge faced by every electronics recycler is the challenge of finding a cost effective means of correctly recycling their CRT glass," Erie stated.

"The landscape of the CRT glass industry is changing rapidly, and effectively separating the panel from the funnel- without exposing workers to hazardous glass and lead dust - is the only way of addressing the issues of both environmental safety and cost effectiveness," said Erie.

E-World Recyclers, LLC has co-developed a revolutionary new machine called the Hotwire Separator, which allows recyclers to maximize their efficiency by separating the leaded portion from the non-leaded portion of CRT glass. E-World started a national sales initiative last month on the machines, selling five units almost immediately.

The IESRT conference was the first of its kind to address the growing concerns of a global e-waste epidemic. IESRT was hosted by Galaxy International and featured keynote speakers from around the globe, as well as many government officials from the Peoples Republic of China.
