This includes large-scale programs with two early responder agencies.

COOP Consulting's training, delivered in both private and public venues by certified trainers, has three formats for clients.

* The basic curriculum is done in four parts, each 2 1/2 days, and is focused on inexperienced continuity planners. * An advanced program covers the same material for more experienced professionals, and takes a week. * An exam preparation course lasting a total of 2 1/2 days is geared for very experienced continuity planners.

All three curriculums end with a certification test, to enable participants to join the world-wide body of certified continuity planning professionals, as administered by the DRI International.
